Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Present the original purchase invoice
  • Returns are possible within 14 days of purchase if the item is in its original condition
  • Returns are possible within 30 days of purchase if a defect is found in the item, with a technical report from the agent confirming the defect
  • If a defect is found in the item within 30 days, the product can be delivered to the agent through us, and the time required to issue the report depends on the product's agent
  • The merchandise must be in its original condition
  • The refund method will be the same as the payment method
  • The customer can receive a refund for the amount they actually paid, as recorded and specified on the sales invoice
  • The customer has the right to exchange the item for another of the same value as indicated on the invoice
